Managed it, but it seemed a bit more hard work than the last run. My legs felt like concrete at the end. It seemed a bit harder to get going to, but all well in the end.

I will admit, I did a couple of week 4 runs twice....

Well done ! I found the first few weeks hardest. Now running 5K like as they say "A walk in the park". You'll get there and wonder like I did "what was all the fuss about" !!

Well done for completing it mate! That's good. You are so close behind me now I can almost hear ya panting behind me! :D

You're not alone in feeling like you have concrete legs. That's my only concern. I have found my breathing to be fine and I recover almost immediately I stop running, it's just those heavy legs. I really wonder how much more I'm able to lift them up again!

Anyway, good luck with your final run of week 4...not that ya need it! :)

It's run 3 of wk 4 for me today 😀 I had the concrete legs on the last one too, hopefully today I will be running on air 😂 We can do this so let's keep running 🏃🏻
