A bit fed up with myself, didn't make it to the end. Still, better than not doing it at all, I guess ... I'm still determined to keep going but will now re-group and restart W4 completely after New Year. I'll try to get in some gym/running over the holidays so that when I get there W4 isn't an even bigger shock to the system. Happy holidays everyone!!!

Definitely better thsn not getting out there. Stick with it, lots of us have to repeat runs at some point before we manage to beat them.

Never mind, just a practice run. Keep going - you found it hard to run for one minute a few short weeks ago! Getting better all the time!

Much better than not doing it at all. Sounds a good plan for sorting it - I'm sure you'll manage it in the New Year.

Good to have a dress rehearsal... Just try to stay in trim over the holidays and tackle this with a vengeance in the New year!

Just have a couple of days off and tackle it again David. Some runs are hard and that can be down to all sorts of factors like how well you slept for instance. Just keep running, it will work. Lots of people repeat runs but if you stick at it, it always comes right in the end.

Don't be disheartened - there's always next time! And yes - better to have tried - it's just a rehearsal for the next run!

Any running is brilliant , keep going

Give it another go when you're ready David . You've done it once , you can do it again
Happy Christmas to you xxx
