I had completed the first two runs of week 6, which were a relief after the 20 min run of week 5, but really did not feel I could do 25 mins straight. Friday morning after a funeral and "some wine" I really did not think I could complete this, however with the lovely "Laura" in my ear... and I did it!!! Always surprised but how much by I can achieve. Determined to keep going and graduate to 30 mins non stop.
