Thank you so much! I am intending to do week 9 for a month and work on speed then I am off to a local Saturday park run. I will look at the what next as I believe it has a podcast on speed? I am always happy when listening to banging tunes and it helps with running

Thanks! Not too much more just an extra smaller lap of my usual route so I was happy! I was doing just over 5k so I didnt add too much. Rest now till Wednesday and then consolidation is the way forward for a bit
