Well done! It's a wonderful feeling isn't it? I've also just completed week 5 run 3 this morning as well. Makes you feel like a proper runner!

Isn't it the greatest feeling?

Could you ever have imagined doing this when you first started?

You really are a runner now.

There's no going back, I'm afraid you're as daft as the rest of us!

It really is a great feeling, and no, I could not imagine how O could possibly run for 20 minutes without stopping - feels quite miraculous! So glad to be considered as daft as the rest of you πŸ˜€. Blimey, I'm a runner!!!

Thanks for the Faith!!! πŸ˜€

An excellent feeling! Remember you're well over half way there now and you won't ever have to do such a big jump (in minutes from 8-20) again!

Thank you TheTortoiseTeacher, that's really good to know.

It seems like such a big jump before you do it, so it feels like a great achievement when you realise you can? Well done.

Brilliant - Well done you! I've just hit Week 7 where there are no breaks from now on in.......bit nervous as the breaks are a bit of a comfort blanket! I keep thinking back to the W5r3 and it keeps me going as, not sure if you are the same, but I never ever thought I would manage it and I did!! Fantastic, keep going x

Thanks carrie73, no I didn't think I could make it either! Bravo for hitting week 7 - what an achievement!! Yes the breaks were comforting, though now I feel like I can genuinely consider myself a runner. Keep up the good work.
