Wow, just wow... When I saw it was run for 20mins I thought there was no way I could do it.
I made a post earlier as I have had the longest break from running since I started this. My last run was on Monday.
Thank you everyone who said I should do it. I am so glad I did.
This week has been about getting our van through its MOT, that's what's in the background. Been a tough week. But that run was ace.
After 5 mins I wanted to stop, by ten mins I was into it, at 15mins I started to go up hill, and really wanted to stop. When I hit the 20mins I think I shouted out loud... And I think I could have run for longer.
Thanks so much to the support in this group, I can't believe I've got this far.
Cheers

Congratulations Doozer for completing W5R3, 😊 now you know that you will be able to complete the whole course and graduate in around 4 weeks time. Be careful with runs🏃 1 and 2 of week 6 as it catches out some people with the interval walks🚶 and runs. 🏃😊
Absolutely brilliant Doozer! 👍 So glad you did it today (it sounded like you were on the fence for a minute there...!) that’s the best run of the lot... it made me feel like a ‘proper’ runner. You now know that when it comes to it you’ll be ready to do that 30 minutes 🙌
Chuffed for you mate... and if it’s any consolation I also had a hefty car bill this week too 🤬🤬🤬🤯 I hope you’re back out on the road again now 🚌 🎤🎼
Just about to head out for w5r3 and all these comments are giving me so much confidence. Hope I feel as good as you when I get back. Well done for getting through it. X
Just finished my w5r3. It feels amazing and I can't quite believe I did it. Thanks for the support DoozerMcDoozer and donttrustaskinnycook, it really helped. Bring on week 6 x
Hey I completed day 1 of week 5 today...felt better than I thought I would. I must say I'm nervous about the dreaded 20 mins. Any tips? Well done you. How you getting on with week 6?
