I did it! I did run 3 It was probably the slowest I've run but I don't care! I worked out I ran for 2.75k, never thought I'd ever do that. Now for Week 6...

Hey, how are you getting on with Week 6? I've just done W7r1 and found it a bit 'challenging' - Think part of the problem was my bad planning....but I still completed it and didn't stop, so whilst I fell a bit achy today I still did it! Hope you are doing great

I'm doing wk6 run 3 tomorrow if all goes to plan. Going great so far! Have to admit I'm not looking forward to the 25 minutes non stop but I'm going to take it sloooowly like I did with the 20 min run. It's more of a psychological battle with the longer runs isn't it. Well done on getting through the 1st of week 7, I'm right behind you
