I’ve just managed week 5 run 3… I did it!! Felt incredible… I couldn’t and wouldn’t even run for a bus back at the start of April. My wonderful neighbour SueAppleRun spurred me on and felt like a breeze in the park, even if it was raining!

if this girl can do it, anyone can!!

A big congratulations to you Happyhays on completing run 3 of week 5 with the help of the one and only SueAppleRun, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, do remember not to run on consecutive days as that could cause a injury.

🎈🏃‍♀️🌧️ Brilliant. You are running with a friend and learning from an expert.

I ran C25K with Jo Whiley but she buggered off and left me as soon as the cool down walk was over and never discussed the weather or stopped for a selfie!!!

Ha ha, we take turns driving to wherever we are going and both talk loads,we take lots of photos to have a visual recording of our journey. I do have to say how well Happyhays has supported me during these past few months, just chatting and running or walking together has made my journey a little easier.
