Successfully done W8R1 this evening even though I had a red tomato face πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…. 5 runs to go πŸ‘£πŸ‘£πŸ‘£

Thanks to everyone on here as I couldn't have done it. without the support and encouragement

W8r1 was the run that convinced me I could complete the program and actually enjoyed the next 2 runs. Just week 9 to go for me. I'll see you at the finish lineπŸ˜€

Well done, Indiscoot :) . I am also in the tomato club, and it's not just my face. I have noticed that my arms take on a healthy pink glow as well ;)

Woohoo! Great job. How was it compared to last week? I did mine on treadmill and the clock seemed like crawling sometimes. But felt great when finished, better than any w7 run.
