Wk1 under the belt 💪🏻

So we mixed things up again and decided to run in the morning....

It was tough. Ran on empty and only had a water bottle to keep me going.

🍅🍅🍅 that’s what I looked like by the end.

We went to another forest within the city, uphill runs. I persevered and only stopped once!

Was focusing to much on the run to snap anything.

I’ve completed week one. I’m actually so proud of myself! 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏻🙌🏻👏🏻

Now to spend the rest of the day with a pink face. On the plus side, my energy levels are up!

Keep going! I honestly think week one has been the hardest for me so far I’m on week three now and it’s nothing compared to the pains and challenges of week 1 all the aches do get better! Keep it up!

Oh trust me, it wasn’t my decision!! 😂😂

But it was good to face a little challenge - like sustaining running isn’t challenging enough right now! 😅

You did hills on week one... I don’t care it wasn’t your decision, that’s amazing. Week 8 I was following the advice of Iron Maiden in “run to the hills” but I wasn’t willing to follow Kate Bush in “running up that hill” I was turning around and getting outta there like Meatloaf “bat out of hell”. Yes, I have running playlists for all eventualities 😂

You’re going to have a great journey here, that’s so plain to see.
