I have just got in from running W9R1 and I still can't quite believe that I ran for 30 minutes! I would have laughed I disbelief if anyone had told me three months ago. This programme really does work! Roll on graduation!

You'll be fine! Weeks 8 and 9 build on what you've aleady achieved. Those extra three minutes in week 7 are only 180 seconds!

Sounds like you're addicted! I think I am too...I never thought I would enjoy running as it's been years since I even ran for a bus! I've had a two day break now so I can run with my daughter tomorrow, and this morning I took myself for a brisk walk, which for me isn't much slower than a run!

It's been a very long time since I have enjoyed anything as much as I enjoy the feeling when I complete a run .. makes me smile just thinking about it ! I'm hoping to find a runner who is at a similar level to me to run with after graduation.
