Well folks, i guess i am turning into a runner. I have a pace that is getting more and more comfortable. I was running and new that i had less than three minutes left. I figured i had a couple of minutes left and i thought i would try to hustle to bring down my pace. I made it about 10 steps and it said stop running and cool off!
Point is I had a lot left in the tank and could have gone farther and will need to in a few days to graduate. My first 5K is on Sunday morning! I am officially down 49 pounds in 15 weeks and have 38 pounds to go to reach my 240 goal.
