Just ran W9R1- 30 whole minutes of running!! Two months ago I was literally watching the seconds tick down on the treadmill as I struggled through a minute of running. I’ve taken it slow and steady, as all the wise people in this forum tell us to do, and managed to avoid injury despite a history of joint problems. Now I’m running outside and actually enjoying it! This programme really, really works- who would have thought it?!
Two more runs to graduation- that won’t be until this time next week as I’m visiting my grand-daughter over the weekend- lots of lovely walks with the pram in between though 😊
Enjoy your running everyone
