Week 5 Run 2 Finally finished!!!

I did it!!! On the 7th attempt I finally nailed this run ๐Ÿ˜Š

I took all of your wonderful advice, changed the route and slowed it right down and managed it comfortably! I even did an extra minute run at the end just to finally stick 2 fingers up at this run....bring on the next run!!!

Thank you so much for all of your advice and support...you guys rock!!!

Ok a celebratory glass of wine for me now ๐Ÿ˜‰

  • I think it's always around week 5 when we suddenly realise what all these posts about 'slow and slower still' are all about๐Ÿ˜ I didn't think I could possibly have a slower gear but I found it after 3 weeks battling week 5! Well done you... now you just have to remember to start slow and stay slow and that third run will be in the bag :)
