Quick update.. After all of your kind words and encouragement I have finally made it to week 2. I took your advice and repeated week 1 until I could actually manage to run all 8 minute blocks. After 6 sessions i managed it and have just returned from completing run 1 of week 2. I am just soooooo grateful to all of you- I managed the 90seconds runs!!!!! I am actually proud of myself and amazed by my little achievements!!! Would never have thought this possible 3 weeks ago!! 😁

Well done. You'll probably find you don't have to do much if any repeating from here on, so your persistence is going to bear even more fruit than this achievement of yours. And many of us know that it's not an exaggeration to call it an achievement. Been there, done that, and I know how it feels. Feels wonderful, doesn't it? And you know you've earned that wonderful feeling. Already it's something nobody can take away from you, because whatever anyone might say, you Know you've reached beyond the limits you once imposed upon yourself. You Know it. And we know it, too. I hope c25k continues to bring you satisfaction like this.

Brilliant! Persistence pays off and there's nothing better than achieiving something that felt beyond your reach at first. Here's to week 2!
