First attempt 2 and a half weeks ago....legs felt like concrete and only got to 8 minutes. Repeated run 1 and 2....pulled calf on run 2! Few days off....repeated run 2 again wednesday. Finally got run 3 done today. Very slow but continuous....think the barrier was at least 75% psychological. Done!!
