That should say I bloody did it. A slow 5k but I did it. It hasn't been easy and I am still running slower that a baby doing his/her first crawl. But I proved to myself I could do it. I am not going to be foolishly over-confident now and complete a park run. I need to do that 5k run a couple more times and then wait for hubby to catch up (2 weeks behind) so we can run it together. Happy and a little tired now but yay!!!!
