Yeay, I did it. I put some nice pink polish on my nails last night, wore a vest (rather than a wooly jumper like last time :o) and got on with it. It was great, and at the end, when Laura, said to up the pace for the last 60 seconds, I did, I surprised myself. If I can do it, anyone can. Can't believe I got this far. My dog Maisie also found it ok, she's run with me from Wk1 R2 (usually I'm gasping along, and she's just walking by the side :D)

Great going, well done!...that's my next run so thanks for the encouragement. Maisie, you're so cute as well as clever. My little terrier point blank refuses to run and sits down at the very suggestion. 🙄
