Wow that was a tough one!!! We thought it would be a bit cooler, but it got very humid, so I struggled with my pace today, my husband did really well, and slowed down for me, so it was good to finish together.

Not sure how I am going to cope with all 25min runs next week, but looking on the bright side I couldn’t run at all 6 weeks ago 😊 🏃‍♀️🏃

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 but you could run them earlier in the day than you did run 3 of week 6 to avoid the heat of later in the day, however, by next week the weather is to get back to normal temperatures for the time of year.

Thank you, unfortunately I am at work full time and finish early on a Friday, and I just don’t have time to run in the morning, we should have waited until the early evening. Looking forward to the cooler weather.

Yes it’s been a funny day today, been lovely here til about half hour ago, now it looks like it’s trying to have a storm or something 🤷🏻‍♂️ Well done on reaching week 7, just straight running from here on in, good luck 😊

Thanks, as it was cloudy we weren’t expecting it to be as hot, we were due to run yesterday but that was definitely a no no. Good luck to you too 😊
