I did it! Sarah Millican told me I could do it and I did.
I changed my route which was good, adjusted my pace when needed. 5 minutes before the end I really wanted to walk but really glad I didn’t. I might run this one again before moving on.
Breathing... if I think about it while running I end up overthinking it and start counting, so I stopped thinking about it and that seemed to work.
Felt good to run 25 minutes and am amazed I can do it.

Well done! I completed that run yesterday and felt similar in the last five minutes, there was no way I was going to speed up. I’m moving onto week 7 because it’s the same again isn’t it? No time increase till week 8.
