I really wanted to run outside again as last day in the lakes for a few weeks and the air is so clear and unpolluted unlike in London. But it was -2 and I’m too scared of slipping so headed to the gym. Having done weeks 1-6 on the treadmill I should have been fine but 2 lovely outdoor runs this past week made me realise I prefer outside. I was SO bored in the gym and found it hard to get into a happy pace. Anyway - did it so week 8 here I come on Friday
