I am so looking forward to it. I would normally run tomorrow but I have things to do, places to go so it'll be Tuesday. Never thought I'd get to the point of feeling that running is just what I do. Happy running week, peeps :-D

What are you planning now you have graduated? I'm on week 8 so starting to think how I will cope post C25k. For me I think i need to build up to 5 k itself as I'm still a long way off that. There should be a support forum for graduates.!

There should be! I can do 5k but want to consolidate that before I do anything else. I made a decision on day 1 to tackle anything my environment threw at me so have done inclines - one of which goes on and on and on, I've only done that once and very slowly so want to improve to the point where my activity tracker says I'm running, not staggering! Oh yeah, and I want to put some running play lists together! Also I really just want to keep doing it three times a week without feeling that I'm letting Laura down if I don't go out!!

You too. - It's a really exciting delay: I've got to take the cat to the vets for her annual injections! It's just occurred to me that I've been awake since 6.15, thanks to aforementioned cat, I could have done the whole early morning run thing (practically the middle of the day for some people!). I think what stops me at the moment is that if I go out early I won't be going round the woodland trail, it'll have to be the pavements and I'm very attached to running round the park / woodland. But maybe next time!

Sounds exciting! Yes.. i love the fields and the open ground( as you know).. the pavement pounding is just for very, very wet days, or when i need to do a very short run....

The early morning countryside runs do set you up for the day... I really have to work hard to resist running on my rest days, when it is so lovely outside :)

Still... I have plenty to keep me occupied, packing the tin-tent, ready for France! :)

Have a good day x

Lovely - the packing, the anticipation, the France.

We plan to move to a more rural place (France, as it happens!) when we retire but as I married a toyboy that's a few years away yet (10) but needs must at the moment.

You have a good day too :-D x

Enjoy your run, whenever you go! I prefer trails too but do try to do a 'pavement pounder' once a week. I entered a 10k road race earlier this year so needed to be able to do both! My pavement runs tend to be faster and easier but trails are what do love☺Happy running!

That's a good enough reason! I'm going out early (ish), earlier anyway tomorrow and that'll be pavements. I'd like to do at least one race at some point. Happy running to you too :)

Running is one of the most important things in my week and I plan it, think about it and do it too! Feels amazing to choose to run, well done and welcome to the grad gang
