Week 1 done!

Completed week 1 R3 last night and feel great... For years I have felt achy and sore just getting up out of chairs etc (and I'm embarrassingly young for that to be the case) but I can really feel that changing! In fairness, probably more to do with the stretching afterwards than the runs themselves, but anyway!

Biggest dangers on last night's run was dodging round folks looking for pokemon and swallowing several hundred midges...

That's brilliant to have finished a whole week and to be feeling the benefits already is a bonus. As the achievements stack up it just goes on getting better. 😄

Oh my god, tell me about it, I kept having to change my route last week because of all the people in my way not looking where they're going searching for these bloody pokemon!

Well done for finishing Week 1! Keep up with the stretching and those aches will ease (a little) as your body gets used to it :)

I seem to have missed something why are people looking for Pokémon? I know that I'm a bit ancient but I thought Pokemon was a computer game so, it's not real so where and how do they expect to find something that doesn't exist, is it me or has the world gone bonkers? Please explain ( if you can)
