Making sure I stick to my 3 set days that someone advised me to do. Gets you in the mindset knowing there is no chopping or changing. Was exhausted this morning too due to lack of sleep thanks to work and little one but made sure as soon as we got back from baby group and little man went for a nap that I did not sit down and got straight on it. Or that would have been it! (Lazy sod I am)
Feeling good that it’s done now although legs are aching. Time for a sit down now, yay!!!
I hope everyone is well and enjoying their runs too!!
Thanks for the support, advice and encouragement! It helps enormously!!!!

Great for sticking to the 3 set days it just works out great for some people, I have always done mon, wed, fri. Are you enjoying running on your treadmill?
Lazy sod?! Never - I’m so impressed that you are doing this with children including a baby, and work too - hats off to you! 👏🏻 you’ll be such an inspiration to your children 👏🏻
good job. I would not refer to yourself as lazy because anyone who is raising 3 kids working or not working is no easy task. They do require quite a bit of energy and you don't get any rest days. Ha Ha.
Glad to see you got a tread mill. I'm not a fan of them. It just is not the same for me, but it is definitely good for your situation and others who actually like to run on them.
Good to have that set schedule. For me it was Mon,Wed,Fri with the weekend for a 2 day rest.
looking back at your previous post, I see you like to push on your runs. For safety as well as a more pleasurable experience I would suggest just running at a slow pace and let the program and time do its thing. In the end you will do much better with less risk of set backs which we all want to avoid. Congratulations on sticking with it. Please have fun and enjoy your runs. Happy Running
