W7R1 done

And not without struggles and determinations but I'm a bit confused now do I just repeat the W7 podcast, Laura didn't say for example W7 run 1. I'm assuming I just repeat the same podcast W7 twice more?

I'm also upping my run instead of taking two days off, I'm only having one day, I've found a comfortable pace though hard but I'm able to keep with the 25 minutes none stop running.

Can someone please enlighten me on the week 7 podcast.

Many thanks.

:)

Thanks Ayup, feeling jealous wish that was me. I had to abandoned W7R2 my fault for not having the extra day off. I was trying to up the game by only having one rest day instead of my normal two days rests which has worked perfectly at least I know now.

I'm happy I got 20 minutes run out of it when Laura said you got 5 minutes for some reason my mind, body and soul just gave, I did try to run but my body weren't going to play the same game as me the weather played a big part too it was cloudy and windy.

I'll give it two days rest then try W7R2 again. I'm enjoying the running regardless of all the mishap.

Wishing you the best with W9R2 not long now graduation is almost in your hand.

:)
