Yup, that's my local parkrun. The course is essentially two laps, although the first one is slightly longer than the second. The website has details of the route. Each lap is downhill then up. So you're down, up, down, up, albeit pretty gentle. The last up is fun if you started off too quickly! Which is quite easy with the start being downhill, mostly.
I'm hoping to get there this weekend, drop me a message if you want some moral support on the way round.
I looked on the website but it doesn't tell you about 'hills' which is mainly what worries me (apart from the fact I've never run outside on this programme lol) just wanted to make sure there were no hills like the Western Park RfL I did many moons ago!
Currently week 7 is finishing me off, but I might see you there if I can summon up the courage to 'go public'
If you've printed off the sheet with 6 copies may I suggest you attach one to your mp3 player and put another one in your running shoes the night before. plus another one in your running kit if it has a pocket.
The last thing you want is to pluck up the courage to go to the parkrun and find you don't have your barcode with you. I was so p^&*^&*^d off when I forgot mine I almost didn't run..
