I hadn't run since Thursday as I was away for the weekend including marching in the parade at Pride in London.

I really didn't feel like going out. I was tired from work and hungry but I made myself put on my trainers and get out there!

As I was doing my warm up walk I already felt better and although it was slower than my other runs this week I still managed it without too much fuss!

On to week 8!
