Completed week 7 today, sped up for the last 5 minutes and nearly ran for the final one, recovered faster than I was expected. 🏃 slightly injured as I managed to break a rib on Sunday, only a lower one so although painful it has not effected my breathing, on to Week 8 on Thursday.

Well done! Keep running, the blood moving quickly makes you feel the aches and pains less! 😂

It will be lovely to have a landmark to aim for. I feel it’s even harder now to skip a day and rest if needed when the end is so close
