Week 9 - The final week!

You can do this too! If you're just starting out on the C25K week 9 might seem like a far off impossibility, but trust me, if you stick to the plan you will make it. I can't believe how quickly week 9 has come around. Eight weeks ago I was just getting off the couch and taking my first steps, and now I'm running continuously for 30 minutes. It really is amazing how quick your body will adapt to your new routine. My best advice is to stick to the plan, even on the days you might not feel like running, force yourself out, when you're done you'll be so glad you made the effort! Good luck to all of you starting out on this amazing adventure. Go run yourself proud!

Well done!!! I start week 9 today, I'm going to treat myself to seafront run instead of my usual routes!!!! You're right that the weeks do fly by and the importance of just keep putting one foot in front of another even when your head, body (or both) are saying it's time to stop!!!! I'm looking forward to graduation soooooo much!!!!
