Well hello everybody, hope you all had a wonderful weekend and for those who entered the London Winter Run, well done and congratulations (hopefully I'll be there next year).
So my final week, only 3 runs left (I hope) and I will have graduated. It's been a whole 8 weeks already, time has just flown by, so much so that we're in February already!
Back to the run....My thoughts/plan for this week were to keep calm, run my normal run like last week and for Friday finish on a high! Well those were my thoughts and this is Saul!! Could I keep to the plan, no sir! I just had to go and do a run that Forrest Gump himself would have been proud of.
Thank's for dropping by, I'll let the stats tell you the rest of the story.

What a run Saul. It is a long run but it didn't give you any problems, you surpassed expectations.... Laura is smiling too. As for Julie, you managed without her.. lol. 2 more to go. Good luck!
Well, that's 5k in 30 minutes sorted then. Congratulations Saul, but don't forget you are not a superhero yet. Be careful. You don't want to get on the IC right now.
To be honest, this run wasn't meant to be that fast or that far. I don't think I'll be running again like that (but happy knowing it can be done) and will bring the pace back down.
