I prefer running in the morning but work and children mean it has to be this evening when they are all in bed. Just aiming for the 28 mins rather than beating my previous distance which is what I normally try for as its really windy down south !

Good luck with the run. I like an evening run when everything else is done and I can have some 'me' time.

Been absolutely lashing down here today and a coolish wind , but the sun was cracking the flags at tea time .
