Week 7 Run 2

Week 7 Run 2

I'm baaaaaack! This week has been insane. Although I got home late from work, I went straight out and hit the pavement for week 7 run 2. I had the benefit of if being slightly cooler (as it was dusk) and found it a nice time for a run. I won't say it was easy, but I think that I could have completed 28 minutes today had that been today's run. One more run (on Friday) and week 7 is toast! Here I go!

P.s. Oh yay! The site is flipping my photos again. Too funny.

  • Well done for getting right back out that door and kicking another run's bum. Graduation is in sight... :D I'm off to sing "running on the ceiling" now.

  • I wonder why πŸ˜‰? Thank you!!!!

  • Well done RFB! I had such fun turning my iPad to see the photo, and turning it again, because it adjusted the screen to keep up with the turn, etc... πŸ˜€

I know what you mean about the run not being easy, yet feeling you could possibly carry on if necessary; great thought to have when looking forwards to next week πŸ˜€

  • I know exactly what you mean. Thank you!

  • Well done! Keep it there! At first I thought the pic was snow with a green sky! Ha

  • I see why you might think that. Even though winter is bad here, it's not time - yet. πŸ˜„

  • Where's that then RFB?

  • Madison Wisconsin in the United States πŸ˜ƒ.

  • Australia ?

  • Nope. I'm in Madison Wisconsin in the United States.

  • Aus! Ha ha!

21 deg today where you are, nice! Rising to lower 30s over the weekend, bit too hot for running... Here in southeast England only 16deg, be getting big coat out soon lolπŸ˜•

  • Yeah. It's been getting hot for days. Whew! I've been running anyway, but it's kicking my arse. πŸ˜‰
