I'm still as slow as a tortoise but I'm doing it - 25 minutes non stop. Go me! I was surprised this morning when Michael said only 60 seconds to go. I actually felt like there was more in the tank so the jump to 28 minutes next week isn't phasing me as much as the jumps in previous weeks. I'm looking forward to being able to run for 30 minutes and after graduating I'd like to keep working on it so that I can increase my pace. Maybe that 5K could be achievable after all!

You are not the only one that is slow as a tortoise. I’m at the same level as you and I didn’t think i had it in me either. Get us 😁. Keep it up and well done 👏🏾🏃🏾♀️
I’ve just completed it too this morning, glad to hear I’m not the only slow runner! Keep on going!

Well done! You sound like you’re totally loving week 7. 😊 I’m just ahead of you, about to start week 9. Don’t you just love getting rid of the interval runs and just concentrating on continuous ones? Made me feel more like a “proper” runner! 😆Enjoy! 😊🏃♀️🐢
