Really didn’t want to go as spent the last two days on the couch eating rubbish 😳😳😳😳😳
but dragged my ample bum outta bed (said to self will do what i can - maybe go back to week 6 run 1 😳😳 it was that kinda morning!) but only went ran for 25 minutes!
Finding a rhythm is easier now, so that really helps!
