My walk/run was more of a walk in the rain.

Well I managed to go for a fairly long walk today. I've found that I can run for about 3 mins at the longest at the moment so going to repeat the week 3 for as long as I need to before moving up. I was just wary of aggravating an ankle injury from before. It's the longest for a while at about 2.1m

You know your body, so take it at your own pace. There's no time limit on the programme.

I found weeks 3 and 4 quite a challenge so re did some which helped. I think those weeks really help you build up stamina so that are tough. Keep going but repeat until you feel confident it doesn't matter how long this takes we can all get there.
