Well I've only gone and done it - 30 minutes running and hit 5k again. I now feel like a bit of a runner π― I am so proud as I've done 5k over the last few runs and it feels so good. This programme is amazing. To go from gasping for breath at 1 minute to running 30 minutes solid in 9 weeks is no less than a miracle.
Woke up just before 7 got my running gear on (!) and went outside. Chucking it down. Took running gear off and got BA kn bed. Two minutes later got up and out running gear back on - and a hat - went out and did W9R3 - woohoo gremlins banished!
Good luck to the 3 amigos who should be graduating soon if they haven't already and to all on this programme and community. Couldn't have done it without you.
Off to Greece later today for two weeks but will continue to run 3 times a week then maybe try a park run when I get back. Now where's that shiny badge π ππΎ

Well done!!! It is amazing how we went all this way. I have my runs scheduled today and Sunday, taking it slowly because of pain in my lower legs. Enjoy Greece and don't forget your amigos and this forum.
Fabulous fabulous fabulous!!! Massive congratulations Indiscoot . I'm sure Greece will be sunny but your wraparound graduation smile will probably eclipse it! Have a great hollibob and really well done!
