Wk3 run1: I awoke after a great sleep I didn’t even hear the winds pounding on the windows or hear my husband go into work at 5 this morning.
I couldn’t wait to go out and get started on week 3. Once I’d put on my wireless earphones, phone and watch I was prepared to get out.
I noticed the rain outside getting heavier so I put on my hat and an extra layer and got outside.
The first 3 min run was tough but after that first one was over, I got into the swing and I felt like I wanted to run more and go further.
Onwards and upwards.
