Staying at our rented cottage up in north wales for the weekend where my husband is working away. No running (we are right up in the mountains) but had a lovely long walk this afternoon. Now I have been a bit cautious about where I walk up here because I’ve been worried about my lack of fitness. Today however I’ve tackled some serious ascents and my legs haven’t let me down. I was delighted to find that having been on the programme for only 5 weeks I’ve noticed a real improvement in my stamina and strength, enabling me to actually enjoy the mountain walks. Feeling more confident about the challenges to come 😁😁🏔🏔

That such a lovely thing noticing fitness in other area. I walk alot and have walked in many mountains in the past so love how it makes me feel fitter, even when carrying a toddler on my back xx
