I can't believe I'm up before 6 to run again. Some of you may have seen my previous post about trying morning running, well here I am doing it again! Off I go I'll comment on how it went when it's done.

Oh dear sounds like you've maybe got that thing they talk about. You know, the bug.

Hope you have a good run.

Nothing beats an early morning run when the sun is still low in the sky and the birds are in full voice. Also less traffic and pollen. Win win! Congratulations on the sprint finish btw :)

Well done Talulah I was out at 5.30 this morning W5R2, I find it the best time for me, seems to make me more energetic for the day, my colleagues get fed up with me bouncing around the office, just having healthy breakfast then 3K walk to work, have a good day!

Well done, I wish I could run first thing in the morning, especially as I live in a military town and I see the army out on their runs on my way to work, you would think I'd be inspired, just can't seem to get motivated to get up any earlier.

I'm all for morning runs.

i know for a fact that if i didn't go out in the morning i wouldn't go out at all. When the alarm goes off at 5:30 i REALLy wake up and if I've disturbed myself that early then i'm gonna make it worthwhile.

I know from past experience that if i left my runs till the evenings i would have talked myself out of them by lunchtime :) and will always find excuses not to go out, busy cooking dinner, walking the dog, getting lunch for the next day ready, sitting on my backside to watch telly.....the excuses are endless and i even bore myself with them! :)

Well done you. I have always gone for my run at that time of the morning as I know I couldn't motivate myself later on in the day. I am definitely an expert on excuses. Not many runs left until you get your lovely badge - it is so worth the effort.😀
