I am due to run the above tomorrow and have noticed that I will not be walking ever again!!
I am very daunted by this prospect. Is it really hard going from now on? 😬

No juliet2018, it's really great 👍
Just take it slow and steady 🐌
Remember it's not a race its about building fitness levels and stamina and distance.
You can do this 💪
You’re still allowed to walk... 5 minute warmup, cooldown, rest days, round the shops 😂
I honestly found it easier to just run... and that’s also where I discovered that I love running. Relax and start each run nice and slow. You got this.
Oh I’m glad you said I can still walk round the shops... I’ve been running round my house and everything 🤣
I did the 25mins!!! It was quite hard towards the end but I managed it 😁
Agghhh. Juliet! You've scared me now! I've just done w6r2 and didn't realise that 3 minute break would be my last. Wish I'd walked even slower now and made the most of it!
Good luck for the 25 minuter!
Sorry to scare you! How was it?
I did the 25 mins!!! Pretty hard towards the end but managed it.. I’m now having two days off before the next one.
I am just doing week eight, and yes it has been a challenge but not really too great a jump in running time. Take it slow and speed up if you can at the end but certainly do not overdo it- or even be tempted to run for longer! Well done on the 20 min run.
The aim of the plan is to get you running for thirty minutes............. you won't get there if you walk.
The latter weeks are no tougher than the early weeks but are different as the continuous running takes some mental adjustment. Find distractions so that you are not thinking about running.
You will love it.
Ok, thanks. Is it ok to have 2 rest days in between? I’m running in heat and humidity (I’m in Australia)
