I am due to run the above tomorrow and have noticed that I will not be walking ever again!!

I am very daunted by this prospect. Is it really hard going from now on? ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

No juliet2018, it's really great ๐Ÿ‘

Just take it slow and steady ๐ŸŒ

Remember it's not a race its about building fitness levels and stamina and distance.

You can do this ๐Ÿ’ช

Youโ€™re still allowed to walk... 5 minute warmup, cooldown, rest days, round the shops ๐Ÿ˜‚

I honestly found it easier to just run... and thatโ€™s also where I discovered that I love running. Relax and start each run nice and slow. You got this.

Oh Iโ€™m glad you said I can still walk round the shops... Iโ€™ve been running round my house and everything ๐Ÿคฃ

I did the 25mins!!! It was quite hard towards the end but I managed it ๐Ÿ˜

Iโ€™m having 2 days off as it was quite hard and Iโ€™m running in the heat (itโ€™s bloody hot here in Australia ๐Ÿคช) is that ok to have 2 days off?

Yeah, itโ€™s absolutely fine... listen to your body and take that second rest day if you feel the need. Youโ€™ll be stronger at the next start line.

Agghhh. Juliet! You've scared me now! I've just done w6r2 and didn't realise that 3 minute break would be my last. Wish I'd walked even slower now and made the most of it!

Good luck for the 25 minuter!

Sorry to scare you! How was it?

I did the 25 mins!!! Pretty hard towards the end but managed it.. Iโ€™m now having two days off before the next one.

Good work! I haven't done mine yet as I've been away from the gym (I'm strictly treadmill only so far!) so I've had a couple of days off too but this will be my 3rd unless I get out of the house and hit the road today. We'll see!

I am just doing week eight, and yes it has been a challenge but not really too great a jump in running time. Take it slow and speed up if you can at the end but certainly do not overdo it- or even be tempted to run for longer! Well done on the 20 min run.

The aim of the plan is to get you running for thirty minutes............. you won't get there if you walk.

The latter weeks are no tougher than the early weeks but are different as the continuous running takes some mental adjustment. Find distractions so that you are not thinking about running.

You will love it.

Ok, thanks. Is it ok to have 2 rest days in between? Iโ€™m running in heat and humidity (Iโ€™m in Australia)
