I have run more than a 100 miles (107 to be precise) this month. I see all the benefits of it. From not being able to run for a minute I can now run an hour non stop without much difficulty. And all it takes is one step at a time, one foot in front of another. So keep going guys whatever ur target is, it's not impossible. One step at a time.
And yes I have reduced 9 kgs, 75 now from 84 in March

Wow! I see four months ago you made a post saying you struggled with week 2 and were scared of week 3- brilliant progress. And the weight loss too- incredible.
Phew, someone is a natural! Well done you, that's amazing! I try to run every other day but don't get in anywhere near as much mileage. Glad you're enjoying it - you really are an inspiration!
