I was quite chuffed with my progress and impressed that i went out last night and did 3 miles despite the heat. Mentioned it to our chairman who then proceeded to tell me he had just completed the Ultra-Trail in Mont Blanc, he was really disappointed that he didnt meet his target and took 25 hours to run 103 miles. I really did not know what to say!!!
