I have followed so many of your stories, your successes, your frustrations, your highs and lows with a keen interest over these last eight weeks, and have found you all to be such an inspiration to me as I near my quest to finish C25K... I would love to have replied to so MANY of your posts, but a crazy busy life has prevented me from doing so...but...
If anyone had told me eight short weeks ago that I would be happily running for nearly half an hour, I would have laughed in total disbelief, and yet...
Just the three runs of W9 to go now, and I think I can and will do this! So a heartfelt THANK YOU to you all ; for the newbies, keep running and doing what Laura tells you to do :), and for all you wise graduates out there, keep us all posted on your progress!!
What a wonderful forum...finding it has been a highlight of 2016

Hiya.So glad you stopped by to say hello..welcome to our gang
Yea its been a massive pleasure to be here and part of it.. So inspirational and helpful had so many laughs along the way..
So please try and post more and share some of your stories of your journey and let us be part of your graduation week!! Woopee nearly there..me also just two more runs to go..
thank you sparky! another busy week ahead, but looking as though I'll be doing my graduation run on a beach in Spain, as my oh and I go on an "emergency holiday"! those running shoes will be packed
I don't know you, but I KNOW that you will! You've got the running bug, you have all of us on the forum behind you, my advice would be to just enjoy this week as much as you can and take the time to relish what you've accomplished.
For me, Week 9 Run 1 was my most enjoyable run of the programme, I got a huge sense of achievement from it. If you listen to the podcasts, I recommend sticking with them til the end, there's a trumpet track in the last few minutes that is just awesome! And Laura is great in Week 9.
thank you sarah! I have really enjoyed the journey, but feel I have acquired a whole new bunch of friends along the way as a totally unexpected but wonderful bonus! Can't wait for the fanfare
It was the same for me when I started out. It's inspirational to read what is to come and before you know it you will have graduated! I never thought it was possible for me- I'm now thinking nothing is impossible!
It's great isn't it?! Did the 1st week 9 run this morning...the extra two minutes are fine!! Even allowed myself a little sprint at the end! Will carry on when I've graduated, that's for sure, but will carry on gently lengthening the distance - VERY keen to stay off that IC!
