Just finished week 9 run 1. This programme is amazing, I'm now running for half an hour without stopping, and still able to speak. Never believed I would get here, and all without injury or setback (run slow, and keep running slow!). Doing a 3k in four weeks time for fun. Whoever put this app together deserves a medal!

(I'm guessing the comment re. the app was rhetorical, but in case it wasn't The app came from the podcast, which was the idea of Laura instagram.com/couch_to_5k_l..., from her doing the programme designed by Josh Clark blog.health.nokia.com/blog/...

Well done. I'm starting my first C25K run this morning. Just editing some music so I don't have to keep looking at my phone to time everything.
