W9R2... so today I decided to try on the running gear family got me for Xmas, a size down from what I was when i started... oh yea, going to look the part now.... so wish me luck, I'm off out with my running pal, my little mini pincer..

Obviously go faster trousers, I knocked off 14 seconds per km. Doesn't sound much, but every bit helps...lol
