So I did a lunchtime run yesterday and the minute I started my knee started hurting. Anyway mind over matter I carried on... but 15 minutes in I got a really bad stitch too. I made my way home and only did 24 minutes as my stitch was bad. I know I can do the 30 minutes think my body had other ideas. Going out tomorrow morning for my final run. Then decided after graduating that I will do 3 runs a week for 20 minutes.

Sounds like a plan. Did you have enough water ? Dehydration can bring on cramps. Hope the next run goes better x
You may have been going too quickly ? Or lack of hydration.
Just rest up and make sure when you head out tomorrow, you take it very steady
After Graduation... consolidation first and then... well.. so much to choose from
Thanks I did exactly that this morning a big glass of water a support band on my knee and in the rain the dog and I went! I completed the programme and am ecstatic!
Make sure you drink lots the day before you run and straight after as it helps your muscles. The further you run , the more important it is. You’ll be fine.
Thanks didn’t know the day before was as important but have been drinking a lot before I go out. Nailed it today though
