Week 9 Run 2 in the bag and can’t believe just one more to go! Found it quite heavy footed today and started to suffer some nipple chaffing running in a sweater (any good recommendations to overcome this soreness?). Managed 5 K in 31 mins. Think I struggled with rhythm possibly was running faster is the reason without realizing it.

If you’re a girl (or a bloke brave enough to wear a bra !) there’s a whole range of economical breast protection available in the maternity section of your local supermarket or chemist.

Thanks but not brave enough! Someone told me to use Vaseline. Not sure if that is a joke?

No, Vaseline should work, though it may not hold out for a full run. You can also rub it all over your feet to prevent blisters, apparently, though I suspect your trainers wouldn’t be too pretty afterwards ! A looser top may be your best bet ?

Don't think it's a joke, Vaseline can help in these cases of friction, then there's compeed or bodyglide..
