Well my stinging calf muscle problem seemed to feel better after resting so as I had to go and pick up a scrips for my husband, turned it into a test to see how I am. I did a good warm up walk and some stretch and flex exercises and ran slowly, stopping if my leg felt achy and I am very happy to report I covered 5.5km. Mostly running but I was gentle on myself. Hoping my confidence and legs are back to where they should be,M thanks for all your kind words!! 😀
