For the last couple of months I have been recording the distance I have been covering with a combination of running and walking

December I covered 365km

Tonight I have just signed of January and have covered 397.1km

Target for February 300km (keeping it achievable)

Get you! That's amazing! I was given a fitbit for my birthday at the beginning of January and so I have been keeping track of my steps each day. I never realised how bad I was at moving around!!!

Blimey do you want to do my 2018km of running challenge instead of me?

It seems you are now superhuman. Wow dead impressed.

Fantastic!! That's a lot of run/walking! I'm a run/walker myself. When covering such a lot of ground, what are your run/walk intervals?

Currently I am running 4 times a week (training for half marathon) and walk every day

Ah-sounds good! I am still at the run 3x a week phase. WIth your determination, you have that half marathon in the bag!

That is extremely impressive: I thought I was pretty active and I was just about 300km for January, much more emphasis on walking though-virtually all of which was wandering about the county with my dogs.

Good luck with the HM training: I will watch with interest so do keep us posted. I'm not sure I would have the resolve myself.
